How To Create And Manage Users As A Reseller

Step 1: Login to your dashboard and click on the image icon on the top-right side of your dashboard.

Step 2: Click on Account Settings.

Step 3: Select “Reseller”.

Step 4: On the Reseller dashboard, click on “+ User” 

Step 5: An “Add User” modal pops up. Fill in the blank space and navigate down to click on “Continue”.


How To Manage A User Account

Click on “Edit” to make change the user’s account information. Click on save after the change is completed.

Click on “Subscriptions” to edit the user’s subscription. You can select Active or Inactive for each of the tools.

Click on “Passwords” to change the user’s password. Click on Save after changing and confirming the password.

Click on “Delete” to remove a user permanently.

That’s it.
