Post Manager


Post manager is a unique tool that allows you to create different types of posts for Facebook pages you manage or own. 

With this tool, you can create the following type of posts;

1. Normal posts: under this, you have the following options;

  • Text post
  • Link post
  • Image post
  • Video post

2. CTA posts: CTA simply means a call to action; A call to action (CTA) is a marketing term that refers to the next step a marketer wants its audience or reader to take. 

The CTA can have a direct link to sales.

3. Slide Post: under this, you have the following options;

  • Image slide post
  • Video slide post

Under this tool ( Post Manager) regardless of any type of post, you would like to create, you have a unique feature i.e the SCHEDULE POST feature, this unique feature allows you to either publish your post now or schedule it for a later time.

Here is a step by step guide on how to use the Post Manager: in creating a Normal post, you 


Step 1: Log in to your marketGee dashboard, click on the application menu, here you will see the various tools in MarketGee, then click on the application menu, here you will see the various tools in MarketGee;


Then click on Traffic;

Step 2: You will arrive here; click on the post manager

Step 3: Here, you get to choose the kind of post you want to make;

We will be using the Normal post for this tutorial;

Creating a normal post takes you through 4 unique steps;

Then, you will arrive here;

Here you get to choose the type of post you want to make from the various options, we will be using the Text post as our example;

So click on “text post” and the Next button at the bottom of the page;

Step 2: Fill up the Campaign name; this is the title, subject, or heading of the post. This name gives you an idea of the goal of the post, what you intend to achieve with it. 

After which, you type in the message, next is to choose either to enable the comment bot feature

This feature allows Facebook auto-reply, it can automatically send a message to any user that comments on a Facebook post that is set up with one.

When you set up a compelling Facebook post with the bot, wait for users to comment. When users comment, the bot will automatically send them a message, you can choose to or not to enable this feature, this depends on the goal or purpose of the post.

The next feature is to choose either to publish your post now i.e when you are done filling in the campaign name, the message box and choosing either to or not to enable the comment bot, or to publish it at a later date or time.


Once you are done, you click on the Next button;
